We’re a small, friendly, yet professional team at Thankfully Healthy, and all corporate orders are personally handled by our founder, Dipti. She’ll reach out to you directly to gather all the details, answer your questions, and make sure we cater to your needs as smoothly as possible.

How long does it take to process an order?

Once we have all the information we need from you, we can assemble your gift packs and hampers within a week, sometimes even sooner! Everything is prepared and packed in-house by our dedicated team, so you can trust that your gifts will be handled with the utmost care.

Does the cost of the gift pack affect the free delivery qualification?

Yes, any gift pack priced above £20 qualifies for free Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery. For gift packs below this price range, there will be an additional delivery charge.

Can I fully customize my gift packs?

Absolutely! We love helping you create the perfect gift. You can fully customize your packs to suit your preferences and budget. Choose from our entire range of products, and we’ll make sure it’s just right.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
