At Thankfully Healthy, our primary concern is to source great tea, but, like any business, the legal factors come closely in importance! Take a moment to peruse through our privacy policy and terms and conditions, while sipping on a hot cuppa before you go ahead and place an order. Our terms apply to both products ordered online or via phone; while we reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions at any given time, those that will apply, will be the terms accepted at the time of placing the order.
AVAILABILITY
With each of our teas curated with careful consideration, our products are subject to availability; in turn, we can only accept your offer to purchase our teas, subject to their availability. When a preferred purchase is out of stock, and we are unable to deliver your product, we will be quick to inform you on the matter as well as issuing a full refund. For orders that include products that are listed as sale items, if these items are unavailable, the order may be received as incomplete. For either concerns, you will be notified, and will receive the refunded amount to your card.

Our website content is copyright and trademark protected, along with additional intellectual property rights. Without authorised permission from Thankfully Healthy, our content is prohibited to be copied, modified, or distributed for commercial purposes. We permit you to retrieve and view our website content on a computer screen, or save it in on a disc, as opposed to on a server or device that is connected to a wider network. Printing a single copy of said content is allowed for solely personal and non-commercial use.
INDEMNITY
For any violation of our terms and conditions, or the use/misuse of our website content; whether concerning yourself, or an individual that you are responsible for, you agree to indemnify and hold Thankfully Healthy free from all legal responsibility and expenses that may arise.
GOVERNING LAW
The terms and conditions under which your customer relation is established with Thankfully Healthy, will be governed in accordance with the English Law. While the following will not affect your statutory rights, the English court will retain jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise between us.
